Know These 6 Common Questions Asked In A Job Interview
'Why do you want to quit your previous organization?'
You need to be really critical and judgmental to decide your answer upon this. This answer reflects upon your reason to switch to a new job and also your work experience in the previous organization. In the entire process, do not bad mouth or speak negative about your previous company. The manager might assume that you will do the same for his company, in future.
'What are your strengths and weaknesses?'
You might have a hundred strengths or weakness. Speaking all of them out is not the trick. You need to respond in such a way that the answer corresponds to the needs and requirements of the new job. Again, hide and seek is not the strategy to this answer. You can better choose a weakness and describe how you plan to overcome it. Coming to strengths, keep the list short and sweet, in other words just stick to the ones you are confident about. Over exaggeration or elongation in the list of strengths might put you in trouble later, in the future.
