Enquire the interviewer about vision and mission of the company and question about his management style and ask him about the dynamics of the team you would be working on. Asking these questions is very necessary because every workers idea of a bad boss can vary dramatically. So by asking questions about managerial style can help you in revealing if you would be comfortable working under that style of supervision or not. Try to be alert for indications that the interviewer is negative towards the company or underwhelmed with the company overall, or if he is dismissive of subordinates.

You should also question them about the turnover rates and you can question them on how long people have stayed to in their given roles and how their career path as been. If you get answers to these questions you can indicate not only if the boss is the one person you want to work for or not.
