As this is the era of email, Blackberries and smartphones, it has made it “okay” for people to develop disrespectful communication habits between each other in the name of work. When an interviewer is taking the interview and simultaneously checking your CV mail symbolizes that he or she is up to multitasking. It has become the norm of business communications. An interviewer must keep aside his tech tools away for sometime so that he can give you undivided attention. And when your interviewer fails in that and continuous to glance at emails while you are talking, taking phone calls in the middle of your conversation or be late to the interview, you can easily guess that in future there is no sense in expecting that he or she will make time for you, if he or she will become your boss.
