3. Seek release when you are angry:
If you are experiencing frustration or anger, the best thing you can do is to excuse yourself before doing anything rash things because of your anger. Take a break for few minutes from your busy work schedule and try to regain your clarity on what you are suppose to do. But, avoid keeping that frustration or anger inside you for long time as it can effect badly on you. Try releasing it as soon as possible through meditation or any art, dance etc, says John Marter.
4. Make use of jealousy as the fuel for motivation:
Each one of us has the tendency of feeling jealousy about the person who has achieved something better than us. So, why not make use of this as a fuel for your motivation? Katherine Walker suggests you to figure out the one thing that your co-worker has which you want to have and try to productively get to the same place by doing some self examination. But, before you try to get it, first ask yourself that do you really want it and then decide to opt it or not.
