She also suggests you to focus on the task assigned to you rather than worrying what can happen in the future. 

2. Gain a new outlook after experiencing failure:

Mistakes can happen by everyone, but only few people have the courage of getting out of that failure within few days. So, keeping examples of inspiring people what had experienced failure before they succeeded, you must try to get out of that depressive feeling of failure as soon as possible.
