It’s not that they are not talented. They do possess talents but it’s the task of the employer to train and guide them, thereby making them more productive in nature. Millennials prefer these professional gains over monetary compensation in office. If office creates learning opportunities for them, they are expected to absorb more after realizing their weaknesses.
