Even though, dish-to pass is a way of socializing with your colleagues, the hidden danger will derail your nutritional food habits very soon. And it has been noted as one of the silent calorie generators. If you want to be healthy and to stay fit, say no to ‘overeat’. Is it tempting you to munch more? Then, you should say, ‘no’ to such office potlucks. But be sure of not being anti-social when you avoid such opportunities.
2. Offered Treats:
Very rarely we find a week without any celebrations. Birthdays and other special occasions are culprits in one way. A lot more sweets and candies will be left at your desk or at the office break room. Do you know how much weight you gain in a year only because of these goodies and cookies? A major portion of your extra-pounds are accumulated just because of treats and parties. You have to make a plan to avoid such occasional treats by warning yourself of the excessive calories. Reject those ice cream offers by giving believable excuses such as throat infection’ and avoid break room visit in such occasions. Keep all those chocolates and other goodies with you, so that you can offer them to your little ones.
