2. Incentives and Rewards: Never decline to provide your employees with proper incentives and awards for their hard work. Give your employees the opportunity to think that their success depends on the success of the organization. Apart from salary increment, incentives can be anything, a momento, a movie ticket, a holiday package or an employee of the month certificate. 3. Proper working conditions: It is always advisable for the employers to furnish the staff with proper working conditions. For example, the boss should make sure that there is adequate amount of light and space provided at each and every cubical, clean restroom and canteen facilities are a must to be stressed upon to draw the employees’ motivation.  Likewise, he should ensure that there is encouraging pictures and plants used to decorate the office. To draw the motivation at work and increase the productivity of employees who spend longer duration at work, the working conditions are to be friendly and encouraging.
