An audio engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of a sound recording or other audio production, and works together with a record producer or director.

Though a trending career option, it is suitable only for the highly talented, highly ambitious but most of all supremely hardworking individuals. The number of successful audio engineers is scant, the competition is at large because it would a daunting task for the newbies to prove themselves, as most production houses opt for the veterans. You should be mentally tough to take on the pressure and wait for your chance; and when it comes, you should be capable of grabbing it with both the hands. But once successful, there is no looking back for fame and riches would be bountiful.
