4. Never blame others for your mistake:
If you are made responsible to handle a group it doesn’t mean that you can start transferring your mistakes on others. It is you who is responsible for any slowdown in your team’s performance because you are the one who is in charge of assigning the work to your teammates. So, it is always better to take the right steps to avoid the mistake in the future. If you want to get the credit of becoming a good manager, you must start appreciating your team work and you need to share the credit to your teams work with the entire team.
5. Get to know your work:
You may have become the manager because of your experience, but it will be always good if you know what are the qualities that you are suppose to adapt of being a manager. You must always know that your responsibility always increases as you go to the top positions. So, even though you feel tempted to start your new responsibility, don’t just take the immediate steps with enthusiasm. You must start discussing about the responsibilities you are suppose to handle with the experienced person or with your senior so that they can help you to manage your team more effectively.
