3. Tackle the issue:

Once you get to know about the facts on who is stealing your ideas then it is easy for you to tackle your coworker. Don’t approach them in an accusing mindset rather than that try to make them accept their misdeed without creating any conflict between each other’s relationship.  It is your duty to try to resolve the issue as positively as possible.

4. Reward your colleagues ideas:

To avoid someone stealing others ideas, if you are a senior, try to reward the idea your colleague bring to you and if it is not that great make them understand how to succeed in creating better ideas. By doing this, it can help you to prevent them from stealing someone else idea. Appreciate their talent in front of others when they come up with good ideas.
