The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras)

Recognized as an Institute of National Importance, IIT Madras is an autonomous public engineering and research institution located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The campus that is spread in 2.5 sq. km was formerly a part of the adjoining Guindy National Park. The institute bagged a number two position in the Industry interface wise ranking and is second to IIT kharagpur in terms of academic environment.

IIT Delhi

The IIT Delhi campus is located in Hauz Khas and is surrounded by monuments of historical importance such as Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple. JNU, AIIHMS and National Institute of Fashion Technology are at a walkable distance from the IIT campus. It offers Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses in Science and Technology and Business Administration. IIT Delhi has three schools of excellence, namely Bharti School of Telecommunications Technology and Management, Amar Nath and Shashi Khosla School of Information Technology and Kusuma School of Biological Sciences. Politician Somnath Bharti, Binny Bansal of Flipkart and writer Chetan Bhagat were former students of IIT Delhi.
