The World's Best B-Schools 2014, Four Indian Institutes In The Top 100
BENGALURU: Getting a degree in the world’s best schools is no longer an impossible dream. If the thought of studying in a warm climate, exotic surroundings or an unfamiliar culture appeals to you, opportunities now exist in plenty to study in almost every corner of the world.
Youth Inc magazine recently released the list of top 100 business schools in the world. While the top ten list is dominated by the United States of America, the Global Business School rankings feature four institutes from India in the Top 100. This includes, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai (59); Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (23); Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (21); and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (20). Harvard University
Harvard University is a private Ivy League research university located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. With its long hailing history, influence and wealth, this institution is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious universities in the world and has been continuously topping this list.
Not only that the University has many eminent alumni amongst the list and eight U.S. presidents, several foreign heads of state have also graduated from this prestigious institution. It is also the alma mater of 62 living billionaires and 335 Rhodes Scholars, the most in the country. To date, Harvard has some 150 Nobel laureates who have been affiliated as students, faculty, or staff.
