Silicon Valley Companies Turn Creative About Employee Perks

Bangalore: The companies at Silicon Valley seem to have gone creative enough in retaining their skilled employees. The latest example for this is regarding the office perks! Surprised? Yes, most of the Tech companies in the Silicon Valley have started giving attractive pay package to their employees. The latest example for this is that of a firm named “Evernote”, a company that helps you access notes, photos and other things from any device.  Today, Evernote’s 250 employees, starting from the receptionist till the top level executives are offered a special free package from the company’s side to get their homes cleaned twice a month.

The mastermind behind this idea was none other than the Evernote’s CEO, Phil Libin’s wife, who also serves as an employee in the same company. This idea came into her mind when Phil Libin asked her to suggest some ideas that can improve the lives of company’s employees and their family, reports Matt Richtel on ‘The New York Times’ website.
