The reason for this unique name was simply because he pushes his employees into delivering best goods. The HR Head of this organization is been renamed as the ‘Chief Listening Officer’ and the Technical head is been called as the ‘Chief Enabler’. Sunita Maheshwari who has designated as the ‘Chief Dreamer’ for the designation of ‘Business Development Head’ is of the opinion that, these kind of unique trend inside the company helps them to create an environment where designations do not matter.
