Whereas, termination incorporates no grace period, no compensation package and no apologies. It forces an individual to find immediate replacements or suffer financial repercussion.
Resignation isn’t without price; it incorporates added stress and pressure of working in an environment where he /she is no longer welcomed and may have the added responsibility of training and nurturing their replacements, which is never easy.
