Not speaking up in meetings:

If you are called in meeting it means that you are considered important and there is a role for you to play. After arrival, if you do not speak or put forth your ideas, then things might go the way it is been said. Who knows how well is your idea? Fortunately, if the idea works then you may be commended for that.

Over sharing with co-workers:

Remember, office is a place where professional details are shared and thought about. If you have formed a good group of friends, it does not mean that you need to share every personal detail of yours with them. Every human have problems in their personal life and nobody would appreciate to hear what your problems are. So, it should not happen that when you enter in and all fellow workers would run away.
