And here is a list of universities that are in the elite league of producing some of the most succeful alumni's in the world, as listed by QS world Universities rankings.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology: No surprises here! The 150 year old university has over 120,000 alumni’s who have had considerable success in the field of scientific research, public service, education, and business. As of 2014, 27 MIT alumni have won the Nobel Prize, 47 have been selected as Rhodes scholars, and 61 have been selected as Marshall Scholars. There were three factors that were considered for ranking these universities; the factors included academic reputation, employer reputation and research penetration. The world’s most renowned university scored 93.7, which is the highest and the strongest score for academic reputation, based on QS’s global survey of academics.
