Thanks to employee friendly policies and the government which has backed and encouraged work-sharing since ages, the workforce of this vibrant nation are among the happiest in the world.
The average work week in the country is around 36 hours and maximum work week for full-time employees can reach up to 40 hours, plus an overtime limit of 8 hours. If any employer exceeds this limit, they are liable for fines.
Workers in the county are also permitted to take a minimum of four weeks of paid vacation every year.
