Computer Science:
Annual salary: 1.20 lakh to 5.57 lakh 
Computer Science is a discipline that integrates several fields of electrical engineering and computer science required to develop computer hardware and software. This field of engineering not only focuses on how computer systems work, but also stresses upon how they integrate into the larger picture.  Computer hardware engineer’s research, design, develop, and test computer systems and components such as processors, circuit boards, memory devices, networks and routers.
According to BLS, employment of computer hardware engineers is projected to grow 7 percent by 2022.
Physics:
Annual salary: 7.07 lakh to 14.24 lakh
Having a clear knowledge and understanding of the world and the laws of physics can put you at the top of your game right after graduation. A physics degree is based upon a practical learning. It also includes a good deal of theoretical knowledge, which prepares you for research-based roles and positions in high schools, universities, research labs, virtually any branch of the military and government systems worldwide. According to BLS report, employment of physicists is projected to grow 10 percent by 2022. It’s further expected to grow as federal government spending for physics and astronomy research and especially at colleges, universities and national laboratories.
