IT and Software Engineers

The demand for IT professionals is tremendous all over the world and has always been ever increasing. The job of an IT and software professional is mostly that of outsourcing projects and they are heavily paid doing so.  Upon completion of a degree in Information Technology, the average salary package of a fresher ranges from 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annum. The CTC then gradually increases to around 7 to 8 lakhs per annum as they gain more experience in the field. Individuals who attain higher positions in IT companies are known to draw salaries not less than 18 to 22 Lacs per year.
