Indra Nooyi started her career in India as a product manager at Johnson & Johnson and textile firm Mettur Beardsell. After completing her Master’s in public and private management from Yale, she joined the Boston consulting and later held strategic positions at Motorola and Asea Brown Boveri.

Ginni Rometty made headlines when she was slotted among 50 most powerful business women by Forbes for 8 consecutive years.
