4. Your heels

Shoes and high heels can make you feel professional and stylish, but also it can leave you in pain.  Even though you look great in that power heels, wearing it for long time will not help you live healthy. Both those two inches and four inches heels, it is not healthy to wear for longer hours, it is better if you keep some flats at your office.  Wearing a wrong size shoe will also cause foot strain and pinched toes. 5. Having too little sleep 

Working more than eight hours and often missing your sleeping hours to complete those assigned works can reason sleep deprivation. Severe sleep deprivation will be immediately distressing your work performance. As it drops your cognitive functions, you will not be able to think clearly as well as learn so much. All nighters performance will be almost same to those having a blood-alcohol level of 0.10. And there are no remedies than sleeping.
