Just like you prepare yourself to a personal interview session at the companies, in the same way you need to be prepared for your telephonic interview as well. Every recruiter would have given a specific time in a day allotted to call you to take the interview. So, you need to free yourself from all sought of other activities by that time and have a rehearsal on how to talk with them.
