Toy Designer

Do you like to play with toys, consider being a toy designer. As a toy designer you will have to use your understanding of technology, materials and manufacturing, plus mix creativity with a logical approach and re-connect with your childhood to design a wide variety of toys for children.

As a toy designer, besides using drawings, 3D models and other computer-aided designs to create toys, you will also be responsible for carrying out research and testing on product prototypes. You will also be responsible for planning a project through various stages, working out prices and budgets to ensure toys are efficient, cost effective to produce, attractive in appearance and of course, fun to operate.
