How great a startup is doing in the market, its longevity is uncertain. Many fear this and are therefore are ready to shift to a bigger organization. For them, job security matters over the excitement and adventure involved in the starting phase of a new born company.

Career growth in the long run

Startups are now an old concept and almost 38pct of the survey respondents had spent two years in this industry. Yet they complain for static job state and salary sum. They are too tired to wait for a change in their career. Thus, with the hope to witness a career boost they are all set change their job sector.
