Don’t go with the flow and jump off the bridge, just because everyone else is doing so. The thing successful people realize early on is that happiness in their respective careers are totally within their grasp, though the cultural delusion says otherwise.

Secret #3: It’s Ok to Want More - Lots More

Contrary to the popular perception, there is nothing wrong with craving for more in order to be happy and successful in life, as long as you don’t cross the line.

Do the needful, prove to the world that more is possible and let them decide whether to act upon it or not.   

Secret #4: It Can’t Hurt To Ask

You want a pay hike or a chance to work from home twice a week? Never hesitate to face the odds and be brave enough to ask for it.

Though it may not bear fruits all the time, raising your voice and asking for it will definitely set you apart from everyone else in your vicinity.
