According to Raul Vazquez the biggest mistake that he has committed was that when he was working as an engineer at Baxter, where they have developed a new cap for an iodine bottle that would save lots of dollars. However they did many analysis and were confident that the caps would work, therefore they decided to make the entire change at once, very soon they came across reports that the caps were leaking. Stressed by the negative report, Raul Vazquez realized that it is very important to be patient, as lack of it pays off well.
