Daycare and Webcam-monitored Childcare

Now, employees with kids no longer have to worry about their little rascals while at office. They can opt to take their kids to work and drop them off at the office’s daycare. In addition, the working parents can also check up on their beloved little ones at anytime in the day using webcams installed at various places in the daycare area.

Deloitte is one of the firms that is providing this facility to its employees.

On-site “Bar”

Though drinking on the job isn’t encouraged by any employers, having an on-site mini bar or an adult beverage machine, which the employees can use after the grueling hours at work, has a lot of advantages. Not only will the employees get an opportunity to socialize with their colleagues, but also get a chance to forget all the stress and pressure associated with their work.
