Inevitable Salary Increment

Salary hike in government jobs depend upon the tenure of service. It exceeds on completion of certain periods. This keeps the interest of the employee and he continues performing well. The scene is just opposite in private sector. Salary hike here happens at irregular intervals and there is no promise of continuity in it.

More Holidays

Holidays in case of government offices are far more than private sector.  Though both work 5-days a week, but the limit is hardly maintained in case of private sector offices. In government jobs, there are much more number of paid leaves. Also the holiday list and number of days counted in the government offices is more than private sectors.
