Senotech: Imparting Training & Education to Help Rural & Urban Youth in Developing their Employment Skills

There is a significant disparity in the supply and demand of the correct workforce or manpower due to the lack of technical skills in the realm of the education system. The lack of awareness of current demands and the right practical knowledge of skills leads to unemployment in general. A downfall in employment carve has also been observed for ages now and hardly any actions are taken over the years to mitigate this area of concern. Dr. Dipankar Sen, the CEO of Senotech International, has founded the organization to impart technical education as well as root level training to both privileged and unprivileged sections of the society around Kolkata to help earn their livelihood. “I started this venture in 2007 and imparted jute bag making and sewing training free of cost. We invite young as well as middle-aged persons with in-depth knowledge in a different industry to impart different training courses in different calendar periods,” Dipankar quotes. After preliminary selection, the company provides job training too along with awareness lectures, workshops along with inspirational talks for a specified time.
Established in 2007, Senotech was built on the idea of working with unemployed youth, both educated and uneducated, and guiding them to the right path of being optimistic in starting new ventures both as an entrepreneur or as an employee so that they can manage their livelihood. Job tests are also conducted once job training is done. Quality control is another aspect that has efficiently been taken care of to maintain the perfectness of the training until the trainee satisfies the examiners’ tests. “With successful tests, we provide required support to our successful trainees helping them find jobs. We do a lot of market surveys, make project reports and help them get a bank loan for suitable employment in respective fields,” Dipankar adds. Senotech works hard to help youth from the rural and urban areas stay active and organized in building their career by taking the right training and education needed to develop skills for relevant projects. Dipankar also mentions that Senotech has confidence in its abilities and it is determined to move ahead in the face of odds with an optimistic outlook and a never having low urge in improving its performance.
