As a part of its business strategy, it has developed strategic alliances with 11 Sector Skills Councils (SSCs)to not only provide job-oriented courses, but also to place the students in jobs that will improve their economic standard. To ensure this, industry tie-ups are finalised first prior to beginning the courses, thereby ensuring that all the eligible candidates have jobs

waiting for them.

The continuous focus on quality and domain expertise enabled SB Global to be chosen as a vertical anchor of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education for the Travel and Tourism and as the preferred Skill development partners for the CSR activities of institutions like Federal Bank, Manappuram Finance, Adani Foundation and more. SB Global has a special competency in educating school children. It imparts a 60-hour workshop(under SPARK), covering courses& career guidance and personal development in order to groom 14-15 years old into community resource persons.
