With ambitious plans to onboard 300 highly skilled technology employees in Bengaluru over the next year, Wayfair aims to tap into the extensive talent pool the city offers.

As part of its ongoing global talent expansion, Wayfair has strategically established new TDCs in North America over the last year. Building upon this success, the company is now venturing into India, targeting the recruitment of world-class tech professionals who can support Wayfair’s growing business. The available positions encompass a wide range of roles, including supply chain technology, website and native apps, offering exciting opportunities for individuals passionate about cutting-edge retail technology.

To lead the new Bengaluru TDC, Wayfair appointed Rohit Kaila as the Head of Technology and Site Leader for Wayfair in India. Responsible for Wayfair’s India expansion, Rohit brings more than three decades of experience across brands. He spent the last five years at Walmart Tech Global, which was marked by notable achievements and impactful contributions, including serving as the leader of Walmart's US Technology organization and the International eCommerce organization.
