Fulcrum Digital, a company specializing in digital engineering and business platforms, is set to recruit 700 professionals this year across various technology fields, including artificial intelligence (AI), as announced by its chairman, Rajesh Sinha. Additionally, the company has introduced Ryze, a generative AI platform designed to streamline operations for enterprises managing extensive databases. Ryze is positioned as a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, aiming to empower businesses in efficiently generating content across textual and visual formats with accuracy and effectiveness.

The company stated that its incorporation of elements such as large language models, neural readers, AI computing, and advanced chatbots marks the beginning of a new era in AI-driven efficiency and operational superiority. Sinha, Founder and Chairman of Fulcrum Digital, said, the company "aims to hire 700 employees in the calendar year 2024, across technology domains such as artificial intelligence (AI), data scientists, software developers, and more".

These employees will be based in India and overseas, he said. "This is because we foresee business coming in between January-December 2024 from both existing and new customers, and we have a backlog of orders which are to be completed", he said on the sidelines of the launch of Ryze in Pune recently. According to Sinha, Ryze offers businesses the capability to utilize data extraction, fraud detection, compliance verification, and semantic searches. With businesses possessing substantial data volumes, we are integrating extensive language capabilities into their systems. Essentially, Ryze functions as their personalized internal search engine, equipped with their entire dataset, providing comprehensive answers and solutions.

When questioned about the risks associated with AI, the chairman remarked, "No new technology arrives without risks. For humanity, AI isn't a menace; rather, it serves as a sixth sense, akin to a co-pilot, acting as an enabler. Humans typically utilize only a fraction of their brain capacity, while AI amplifies the remaining potential."
