Global IT services major Accenture has named Shweta A Talwar as its Vice President - Talent & HR Operations. Shweta would be responsible to work with global clients on their Talent & HR operations and delivery requirements.

She brings in a rich experience of over 17 years as an HR leader, Strategic Advisor, Talent Partner and has also worked across the globe with various Executive Leaders.

Before joining Accenture, Shweta was associated with Everest Group for more than four years, initially as Director - HR and later as Vice President - Human Resources. She was also heading Human resources across India, US/UK, and Canada and was responsible for offering innovative HR solutions in terms of hire, retain, and develop the best people, and strategically mold the culture of a professional services firm with many firsts to our credit.

Prior to that, Shweta has also worked with Aon Hewitt as Senior Manager - Talent & Leadership Development and Corporate HR for nearly four years.

She has managed a span of employees ranging between 250 - 14000 employees worldwide. Also, her ancillary experience includes working with FICCI and AIR.
Shweta has obtained her Executive MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and Masters in Business Law from the National Law School of India University. Also, she has obtained her BSc from the Institute of Home Economics.

Furthermore, Shweta has also been honoured with several accolades that include 100 most influential HR by World HRD Congress, Top HR Minds of India by World HRD Congress, and many more.
