Bangalore: Employees are the key resources in any organization. They are the ones who help the organization in reaching its goal. HR department is well informed regarding this matter. Engaging the employees in their work is very important. The ability to keep themselves engaged in work ultimately decides how far they will stick to the company whenever needed. There are mostly three types of employees in an organization; Engaged, disengaged and actively disengaged. An engaged employee contribution helps the company bottom line but disengaged employees will cost the company. It was found that the probability of a disengaged manager having disengaged employee is three times higher than an engaged manager.
