How the HR Can Keep Up With Social Technology?

Bangalore: Social sites are nowadays proving to be getting end to end solutions for the HR people. All the challenges of an HR such as recruitment, engagement, learning etc can be solved using these social sites.  Many organizations have tried to bring in the concept of social technology into their management level, but only few have succeeded in doing so.

A survey by Talent Talk, The State of Social Technology and Talent Management, and an infographic by SilkRoad explains why some companies are willing to accept the use of social sites in meeting the HR tasks and why some are not yet ready for this process. There are many recruiters who think hiring through social sites may help evaluate the candidate briefly. Some recruiters on the other hand ask for passwords, which they shouldn’t because this might violate the terms and conditions of a social site and might end up in being bad PR.
