Bangalore: Hiring candidates and turning them into ‘Great hire’ is not an easy job. It takes some time and strategies to imply the whole process. Often, we find that after hiring a candidate they are left to figure out regarding their new job. This turns out to be a total waste of time and money. In this scenario the employee can either become frustrated or resign from the job or simply gets terminated due to lack of productivity. This will lead to the same cycle of hiring again.

Employee turnover can cost huge amount of money to the company.
