Bangalore: As a hirer you might unknowingly make some mistakes and these can lead to problems which can affect the organization.  An infographic by Resoomay and designed by Sharngar highlights the common errors a recruiter makes while screening a candidate.

According to the infographic, overstated resumes / CV's are selected whereas in this process a top candidate might be ignored. It is also seen that most of the hirers don't ask the appropriate question; instead they waste much of their time asking exterior or shallow questions. It is also seen that many of the recruiters do not ask for references. Although references might not always be suitable for the post, but going ahead without it is one of the biggest mistakes. It is also good to you check the background of the candidates.  Furthermore, a proper communication among hiring authorities will gain fruitful results and enhance the company’s productivity by hiring talented candidates.
