Bangalore: In an organization employees are considered to be an important part in making profits. They are the lifeline of a company. The investment that is done on an employee by the company should yield profit and affect the bottom line. But a wrong hiring can often bring losses to the company.

Along with this, there is a lot of time and energy that is wasted to look for a better replacement.
