Bangalore: In an organization employees are considered to be an important part in making profits. They are the lifeline of a company. The investment that is done on an employee by the company should yield profit and affect the bottom line. But a wrong hiring can often bring losses to the company.

According to Sage Software, organizations that make a strategic approach to talent management found positive return on employee investment. These organizations often see a 40 percent lower turnover, twice the amount of revenue per employee and a thirty-eight percent higher engagement.  It was also seen that the cost of replacing an employee is around 30 to 400 percent of the annual salary. Along with this, there is a lot of time and energy that is wasted to look for a better replacement.
