If both the elders and youngsters are happy at office, all the employees feel happy to start their work. And at the end of the day they leave the office happily as they have enjoyed their work with the support of each other. Happiness in the work place should include everyone instead of only the youngsters or the elders. When a senior at office sees his junior working with full of enthusiasm, it is the duty of the senior to boost his enthusiasm by appreciating his or her work. It is the duty of both the youngsters and the elders at work to build a good rapport between them. They must be supportive to each other. In many companies, it has been a trend like situation that many of the new young workers who have joined are not so dedicated to that particular company for more time.
