In Slovakia, the unemployment rate has been increased up to 0.10 percent in the monthly terms in January. This has led to the rise of 13.69 percent which is considered to be the highest since June 2004 [13.91], as per the latest reports released by Central office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family in February 2012. The unemployment rate has been reported to be 0.71 percent higher this January when compared to 2011 January with 369,948 jobseekers were ready to accept any type of job immediately. This number is up by 7,520 from December 2011, reported the SITA newswire.
