The survey also found that 88 percent women and 86 percent of men say work-life issue affect their health. And these issues affect women more deeply than men because they get head aches, more muscle tensions and they feel more stressed than men as they work hard both at home and at office.
So, after all these findings, one question arises is that how can people be happier and achieve a better work-life balance? For this question the researchers found that happier individuals are more likely to engage in certain activities. So, to be happy and work efficiently in office make sure you take vacations, prepare a list of work you are going to do in that particular week, leave from the work place at a reasonable hours and try to take break for a day in the working days for relaxation if needed.
