Women are stuck in their household work: This survey found that even though women are working hard in the office, they still play a traditional role in their house as they are responsible for most of the household work. This may be the main reason for women not satisfied with their work-life balance and also for not showing much of interest for office work during weekends and nights. For women, home has become an additional place of work for as it has not remained a place of rest and comfort for them anymore. They also find it difficult to maintain their work-life balance due to competing pressure at work and demands at home.
