Never think that you are not getting noticed by your boss if you are not coming to office in time or taking frequent sick leaves and you are extending your lunch time for hours when the boss is actually looking for you. Likewise, you cannot expect respect when you constantly fail to submit or finish your work on time. It conveys a wrong message to your managers that you are too lazy and unreliable.
