5. You don't do what your manager expects
Your performance is very much related to your boss's credits. If you are not performing well, your boss's credibility is in question as he may have to answer his superiors in the organization about the under- performance. Therefore, his success is interlinked with yours. If you are unable to achieve your goals, he too will fall short of his target goals. If this continues for a long time, your boss will surely develop a negative feeling for you.
