You put your high performance for a low return objective:

In a team building workshop, even if you give your best performance and put your talent at risk, in return you will only get a low return goal to achieve and then even if you pretend to be energized by the given challenge in the workshop it’s not at all valid. So, its better not to be involved in a workshop where you might get embarrassed, isolated from the rest of the teammates which can put you in pain.  

So, what kind of a workshop do you think is worth investing on it? Make sure you invest on which you love to attend instead of wasting time in a useless workshop.
