Why do People Fail? How to Overcome it?
Poor self image:
If at all when we fail in achieving something we setback our step and lose the courage of giving it another shot. We must start leaving this habit of discouraging ourselves if we fail in our performance. Instead we must try to consider it as a challenge and we must look up the people who have become successful even after many failures in their life. For taking your failure as a challenge you must try spending more time thinking of a solution to improve our mistakes.
Not enough thinking:
This highly competitive world has made us think very rapidly. This rapid thinking has made us to think less before starting any activity. We have no time in thinking on what to do before doing the task. The time of first think and then do, have drowned in the recent years. This has made our activities or performance even worse than the early time. So we must make it a point that we must find time even in our busy schedule to think before we act on something.
No daily rituals:
Following the rituals are very important for any success. But for some people it is the important factor to fail in achieving their success. If you fail to practice on what you are supposed to do definitely you will have to stay back in achieving your success. Siimon suggests us to make sure that we put in sufficient percent of effort in the work we do, and keep away all our dreams for sometime to think about the progress of our work.
Stress:
Stress is one of the main factors to our failure. Siimon tells in his book that, stress doesn’t come from what you do; it actually comes from how you react towards it. You are always in control of your stress level because you always have the habit of controlling your own thought. Siimon suggests some simple methods to burnout stress in our daily activities, he suggests us to discipline ourselves to mentally release our tension at the end of everyday. He suggested us to do some relaxing activities at the end of the day to burnout our stress to get a fresh mind for the next day.
