Why do People Fail? How to Overcome it?
Destructive Thinking:
What an individual thinks has a very huge impact on how well he performs and how happy he is. Many of us don’t know the fact that we can be the masters of our thoughts. It is in our hands on how well we direct and control them. This way of thinking is much better than dropping the whole idea. Try to think positively so that you can have a positive approach towards life and can lead a happy life by directing your own thoughts.
Low Productivity:
There are many people who fail regularly in taking good actions at the right time. These people think much on what they are supposed to do and finally they end up in doing little. This shows their range of productivity is very low. They lack consistency and also the factor of intelligence in the work they do everyday. As Siimon suggests, to get our productivity range to a higher level, we must get a clear picture on what we want to do and take suitable action on it and we must change our approach if it is not working.
Fixed Mindset:
In Simmon’s opinion, we can have two different mind sets; one is the fixed mindset and the other is the growth mindset. When you have a fixed mindset, we tend to act very carefully on the activities we do without trying to stretch our boundaries because of the fear of what others may think on the about our actions. We feel fearful on venturing into any new area. But we can get rid of this mindset and start adopting the growth mindset. This may help us to value the process of learning and at the end we can have an effective result. It helps us to get adapted to the work we do.
