Co-founder and the CEO of Oracle, Larry Ellison seems more interested to hire the top talented employees to challenge the competitors. According to the available data Oracle has 108,429 employees, worldwide. And the company is known for its very high performance culture which is oriented on output. Along with its functional freedom, it has a strong value system. Oracle has its name fame for empowering its employees also.
